Lewistown paper 5-2-1970 Harold Wight. 60. of Lewistown died Saturday at the Veterans' Hospital in Fort Harrison after a long illness. Services are scheduled Tuesday at 2 p m at the Creel-Gurnett-Retz Chapel, with the Rev Charles Conatser officiating The casket will be open at the chapel until 1 p m Tuesday. but will not be opened during the services. Interment will be in the Lewistown City Cemetery, with military honors at graveside. Wight was born Aug 2, 1909. at Moore. the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Harry W Wight he attended school at Ross Fork, and was graduated from Fergus County High School in 1926. He married Helen Vagts in Lewistown Nov 8, 1943. He was a mechanic and trucker. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II. The Wights moved to Billings in 1945 and resided there until July, 1969, when they returned to Lewistown Survivors include the widow, of Lewistown: one son, James E Wight. Great Falls; a sister. Mrs. Aura Kleckner, Madison, WI: one granddaughter, one grandson, and several nieces and nephews.
