'Jackie" Woodard, age 69, died Nov. 12 in Tonasket WA. Woodard was born Jan. 26, 1929 in Ray to A. F ”Jack” Woodard and Mary Jane Woodard. He was raised in the Roy area at the Red Barn Ranch. Jackie was married to Lois Jackson an June 29, 1950. They had five children, and ranched at the Red Barn Ranch. The Red Barn ranch was later sold and Jack left the area. He settled in Tonasket. WA. where he managed apple orchards. He lived in Tonasket the remainder of his years. Woodard was preceded is death by his parents. Survivors include five children, Sherry Warneke of Charlson, ND, Greg Woodard of Billings, Steve Woodard of Billings, Carla Irish of Lander, WY. and Paula Kleppen of Watford City ND, Survivors also include one brother, Blain Woodard of Roundup, three sisters Theresa Burtch of Cottage Grove, MN., Judith Wallinder of Billings, and Virginia Norskog of Stanford, 13 grandchildren and two great- grandchildren. Memorial services ; are pending in Tonasket. Wash.
