Wright, 19, will be Friday at 2 p m at the Creel-Morrison-Retz Chapel with Pastor Art Heath officiating Interment will follow in the Lewistown City Cemetery Mrs. Wright died Tuesday morning in the Valle Vista Manor after a lengthy illness. She was barn March 1?, 19m in Lewistown to John and Lillian Stephens. She graduated from Fergus County High School in 1924. After her schooling she taught school in Valentine for two years. She married Ray Carr in Lewistown in 1926. They lived in Roy and Lewistown prior to moving to Christina in 1936 where they farmed and ranched until 1962 when she moved to Roy Mrs. Wright married Harry Wright in Glendive Jan. 4, l964 they lived in Roy until 1978 when they moved into Lewistown She was a loving mother, grandmother and her life was devoted to her husband and family. Survivors include her husband of Lewistown; three daughters, Mrs. Lawrence (Eleanor) Helmer of Lewistown. Mrs. Frank (Betty) McArthur of Townsend and Mrs. William (Lillian) Mendel of Winifred; three sons, George E Carr of Lewistown, William J. Carr of Scottsbluff, NE. and John J. Carr of Belmopan Belize, Central America; Five stepdaughters, Mrs. Glen (Esther) Irish of Roy, Mrs. Jim (Harriet) Irish of Lewistown, Mrs. Larry (June) Larson of Billings, Mrs. Ray(Elaine) Goettes of Stockett and Mrs. David (Carol) Martin of Roundup; 45 grandchildren and 45 great grandchildren; two brothers, Bob Stephens of Yuma. AZ, and Barney Stephens of Lewistown; two sister, Mrs. Jim (Mary) Carter of Glendive and Mrs. Norma (Martha) Swanson of Fairview; and numerous nieces and nephews She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and two sisters. Memorials to the cancer fund are preferred by the family and may be left at the funeral home.
