Arthur Van Huggins
Art, 76, Master Tire Changer and Super Soccer Fan, was taken by the Lord on 
Sept. 21, 1998, after residing in Tacoma 52 years. He was a member of American 
Legion, the Eagles and the Elks; also active in the Bonnie Lads n Lassies 
Square Dance Club. Art is survived by Ruth, wife of 56 years; son Denis and 
wife Patty; and daughter Artie Sue Hillius; grandchildren Cody and wife Shanda, 
Kyle and wife Kelley, Lori Huggins, Dale and wife Olivia, Denis and wife 
Kristin, and Doug Hillius; great grandson Jacob Huggins; brothers Martin, Ed, 
Tom, Bill, Bob and Dennis; and sisters Effie, Helen, Millie and Carol. Memorial 
services to be held at 2:00 PM Sept. 26, 1998 at Rhodes Parkland Post #2, 11204 
S. Park Avenue. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. 
Arrangements by Mountain View Funeral Home, 584-0252.
