Mrs. Hanifin boarded men working in the mines near Garnet in 1916. Married: Children: 1) Son The home of the Hugh Hanifen family was located in Dublin Gulch. It was built of board and batten instead of studs. It was only 14 feet by 18 feet, and it's ceilings were ten feet high. The 1 1/2 story house was built in the early 1900's and was occupied by the Hanifen's until 1916. The house was later lived in by Mrs. Cleary the Garnet school teacher in 1926.
