While Frank Miller and Joe Fletcher were riding rapidly towards each other in pursuit of some cattle which they were anxious to cut out, their horses collided and Miller was thrown, both horses falling and rolling over on him, crushing in his chest in a short time. He was put on the train returning from Elkhorn and brought to Boulder and then taken to his home about three miles from town, where he died the same evening at about 10 o'clock. The other man was considerably hurt, but it is thought he will pull through without any very serious results. Frank Miller was the son and only child of J. H. Miller. He was about 22 years of age and a most excellent young man. His parents have the sincere sympathy of the entire community.
