Sophie A. Skelton
	Sophie A. Skelton, 91, former Geyser and Great Falls resident died 
of natural causes Tuesday  in Carmichael, CA.

Graveside service will be 10 am Friday at Fair Oaks, CA. Arrangements are by 
Lind Brother Mortuary in Carmichael,. 

Born in 1896 in Pennsylvania, she lived in Geyser area for 57 years, working 
as a ranch and school cook. 

She was a post master for five years, when the post office was in the family 
store in Geyser.

She had live in Great Falls for 30 years, most recently in Eagles Manor.

Survivors include daughter, Lou Manley of Denver, Donna Leuchars of 
Sacramento, CA.; son, Donald Skelton of Manhattan; sister Mabel Todd of 
Great Falls; 15 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren. A son preceeded her 
in death.
