FUNERAL OF JOHN SLOWEY--

Missoula, Jan. 6. -- A special from Superior received in Missoula this evening 
states that the funeral of John Slowey, who was accidentally killed in a 
runaway at that place on Saturday, took place this afternoon at 2 o'clock. The 
remains were buried in the Superior cemetery. Rev. Father Quesnel of the 
Frenchtown church presided at the services. John Slowey was 65 years of age and 
had lived in Western Montana for many years. He has relatives in Wisconsin.
