After the paying of all the funeral expenses and his outstanding debts he bequeathes to his wife, Mary Dunchen, all the remaining property. He wishes her to act as executor of the estate, without bonds. The will was made May 3, 1898, and was witnessed by T. C. and Charles Marshall. The property consists of a 220-acre ranch, 30 head of cattle, 10 head of horses and farming implements. The court set Saturday, July 21, for the proving of the will.
