Anaconda Standard, February 28, 1906
Missoula, Feb. 27.-- Thomas Coulter, a fireman of the Northern Pacific railway, 
who had made his headquarters in Missoula for some time, died at the company 
hospital here at 1:15 o'clock to-day, afer being confined to the hospital three 
weeks. The dead man was afflicted with consumption, and failed fast during the 
last few days. He leaves a mother and a brother living at the old home in 
Canada to mourn his loss. The brother arrived here Sunday evening and will 
attend to the funeral arrangements. Undertaker Lucy has charge of the remains.
