Skelton July 1, 1961 Harlowton Skelton Peter A., 70 died in a Missoula hospital, Requiem Mass was celebrated in St. Anthony's Church, by Msgr. D. P. Meade. Skelton was born in Stanford and for many years operated a ranch in Wheatland County. He retired in 1948 and moved to Missoula. He was a veteran of World War I. Surviving are the widow, Agnes; a daughter Mrs. R. W. Richardson, Los Alamos N.M.; three brothers, Carl, Geyser; Bay, Stanford; and John, Great Falls; three sisters, Mrs. Martha Coughlin, Great Falls; Mrs. Lee Sweeney and Mrs. Nina Hogan both of Helena.
