WELL KNOWN CARLTON RANCHER SURPRISES HIS FRIENDS. --

Missoula, Jan. 12. -- A quiet marriage was performed by Justice Heutchens this 
morning in his office on Main street, the contracting parties being Robert King 
of Carlton and Miss Harriet A. Fredericks of Missoula. The ceremony was 
witnessed by the relatives of the bride and a few intimate friends. The groom 
is a farmer, owning a big ranch near Carlton. The bride is a step-daughter of 
S. Fredericks of this city and arrived from across the ____ about six months 
ago. The happy couple left for their home in the valley this afternoon.
