[Published in the Montana Standard, 1974]

His four only living relatives learned in Butte Friday of the death of
Gerald “Jerry” Holland, 84, in a San Francisco hospital Thursday night.
The funeral will be in San Francisco Tuesday morning.

Mr. Holland, born in Butte, was known here as a clothing salesman.
After a heart attack in 1937, he moved to San Francisco.

Surviving are a sister-in-law, Mrs. Bernard E. Holland, widow of the
former city treasurer; cousin, Mrs. Philip Vedovatti, and nephew and
niece, Charles Holland and Mrs. Frank Reid, all of Butte.
