Mr. Mcdonald was 59 years of age, a native of Canada, but a resident of Montana for 40 years, having come here at the age of 19. He resided at Maryland avenue and was one of Butte's most respected miners. Survivng him are his widow; Mrs. Ida McDonald; two daughters, Miss Vonie McDonald of Los Angeles and Mrs. J. S. Lull of Billings; two sons, Clayton and George McDonald of Butte; three sisters, Mrs. Dora Caulfield, Mrs. Lambert and Mrs. Sarah Taylor, all of Canada, and three brothers, John McDonald of Manitoba, Robert McDonald of Madison, Wis., and Mcl. McDonald of British Columbia. The body has been taken to the Sherman & Reed mortuary.
