          M'MEEKIN=VAN WART
   Miss Doris Van Wart, granddaughter of Mr. and 
Mrs. Gilbert Van Wart, 2205 Hazel street, and
James D. McMeekin were married a few days ago
at the First Baptist church, the Rev. Z. C. 
O'Farrell officiating. Mrs. Lee Bandle, a sister
of the groom, attended Mrs. McMeeking, while Mr.
Bandle was best man. Following the ceremony, a
wedding breakfast was served at Rampou's.
Mr. McMeeking is a student at Rush Medical College
in Chicago, and left yesterday to resume his studies,
while the bride will remain with her grandparents
for the present.
