Well I am fine health and sure am enjoying the Summer weather. Was in the trenches a couple of weeks and sure was glad to get back to rest camp and get cleaned up. But am ready to go back. What are you doing now days, still plowing or are making hay? The French people are making hay and some of the grain is ready to cut. But there is lot that will never be cut as there is to many holes. It looks like there had been lots of stumps and they were blowed up so you no what kind of a field it is. Say Ray, is Grandpa still in Montana or has he gone back to St. Paul? And where is Uncle Bob? Have you ran to Billings lately or Helena?Say Ray, do You want to take a trip to Helena, That is the nicest place in Mont. Well Ray I will ring off as I do not want to miss supper.
