Danford was 86 years Old Funeral services for George Landon Danford, 86, a resident of Yellowstone county since 1880, who died at his ranch west of Billings Wednesday, were conducted Sunday at Smith's chapel. The Rev. Forrest W. Werts, pastor of the First Methodist church, officiated at the rites and burial was in Mountview cemetery. Committal services were in charge of Ashlar lodge No. 29, A.F.&A.M. Howard C. Smith, accomapnied by Mrs. Ernest E. Wild, sang "The Last Mile" and "Pleyel's Hymn." Pallbearers were J.K. Armitage, Charles Chapple, C.E. Durland, G.W. Fenton, Robert Leavens and W.G. Renwock. Mr. Danford is survived by two sons, four daughters, four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
