Samuel Albright The Standard of Raleigh, Nov. 12, 1862 DIED, of Camp Fever, near Drury's Bluff, Va., on the 20th October, SERGEANT SAMUEL J. ALBRIGHT, of the 53rd Regiment, N. C. Troops. He had been a member of Company F, of this regiment since the 8th of last March. He was a member of the M. P. Church. He leaves an aged father and mother and a number of brothers and sisters to mourn his loss. Additional Comments: Lt. Samuel J. Albright was from Alamance, according to American Civil War Regiments.
