Obit in The Sunday Sun, Georgetown, Tx. June 19, 2005

Georgetown Texas--Dorothy Stewart Wilkinson, 90, of Georgetown, formerly of 
Burlington and Maxton, NC passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2005 in Georgetown.  
She was born Aug. 20, 1914 in Burlington to Joseph Franklin Stewart and Pearl 
Agnes Russell Stewart.  Mrs. Wilkinson was a switchboard operator for Belk-Beck 
department Store in Burlington, NC, retiring in 1976.  She was a member of 
First Presbyterian Church in Georgetown, and was also a former deacon and elder 
at Shilo Presbyterian Church in Burlington.
She is survived by a daughter, Dorothy Dunlap and husband, Johnny, of 
Georgetown; grandsons, Johnny Dunlap Jr. and wife, Susan of Round Rock, Texas, 
T. Scott Dunlap and wife Karen of Georgetown; five great grandchildren, Nikki, 
Travis, Lauren, Eric and Kaitlyn; a brother William Dexter Stewart; and nine 
nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Alexander Wesley 
Wilkinson; her parents; a sister; and three brothers.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 15, 2005 from 6 until 8 PM at the 
Gavriels Funeral Chapel in Georgetown.  Funeral services was held Thursday June 
16, 2005 at 11 AM at the First Presbyterian Church in Georgetown with the Dr. 
Larry Sunkel and Dr. Mary Gaines officiating.  Graveside funeral service will 
be 11 AM on Saturday June 18, 2005 at Alamance Memorial Park in Burlington, 
NC.  Memorials are suggested to the First Presbyterian Church, 703 South Church 
Street in Georgetown, 78626.
