Thence down the river to James Thompson’s corner. Thence with the said Thompson’s line to a point above Patterson Thompson’s stables to that a line direct to Alfred Thompson’s. The will includes his dwelling and all of his out buildings. Thence with Alfred Thompson’s line to the creek Thence over creek to the beginning to be reassured and be valued per acre in the settlement of my estate, to have and to hold to him and his heirs in fee simple forever. 4th I give and devise to my daughter Polly Shaw all that part of the tract of land that she now lives on that lays on the west of the public road leading from Benbo’s Mill to Ray’s ford on the Alamance to be reassured and valued per acre in the settlement of my estate to have & to hold to her the said Polly Shaw and her heirs in fee simple forever. 5th I give and devise to my son William Thompson all that tract of land on which he now lives and bounded as follows.
