Know ye that I Thomas Tull of the County of Albermarle have made ordayned constituted and ? and apoint my wife Jan Tull my true and lawfull attorney, for me and in my name to give apear? and quiot Possession to Wm Basnet Segr, of all that land lying in Rude and at first in ye possession of George Beasley and latele in the possession of Jno Bray, butt is in the pattent of the said Wm Basnett Segr and now in his possestion giving and granting by those present unto my said attorney full power and authority for me and in my name to dou execute accomplish and finish all and whatever shall be needed full and ? to be done in and about th? A? I shall and will ratifie allow and confirme, all and whatever my attorney shall dou or cause to be done in or about the premise as if my self then and there - ? ? in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 15th day of October 1670.
