In the name of God the twentith  ninth day of apprill 1723 I JOHN BROWNING 
in ye County of Albarm-(-mas, written above the last part of the word) planter, 
being verry Well & Strong And of perfectt mind and memory Thanks be given unto 
God therefore calling unto mind & mortality my body knowing that itt is 
appointed for all men. 
Ones (?) dye do make & ordain this my last will and testement, that is to say 
Princply and first of all I give and Recommend my soul unto the hands of God 
that gave itt and my body I Recommend to Earth to be buried in Deconcentt & 
Christian Burriall
 att Disserettion of of my executors, nothing doubting but att ye Poporall 
Resurrection I shall receive ye same again by ye mighty Powers of God and as to 
why (?) such wordly estate these with it hath pleased God to bless me in this 
life I give & devies & dispose of ye same in ye following manor and forms
Imrivis I give & bequeath to MARGARETT my dearly beloved wife my Plantation and 
Stock of Kinds during her life with all house hold goods obts (objects?) and 
moveable effects
Item I give to my well beloved son JOHN BROWNING my ye(?) Plantation that I now 
live upon with 2 hundred fifty acres of land belonging to itt & hogs that are 
property of my mark att ye Dessieape (?) of my wife and myself 
Item I give and bequeath to ELIZABETH BROWNING  my well beloved daughter one 
halfs of whatt cattell I am possessed with att ye Desiass of my wife and one 
halfs of what house hold goods I have 
Item I give & bequeath to my well beloved daughter DORKESS ye other half of 
whatt all ye and other half of House hold goods I am possed with att ye 
Dissesasse of me 
Item I give & bequeath to my said Children JOHN  MARR----(unreadable) ELIZABETH  
--- and THOMAS  a cow and a calf & lambs and I bid give to my son JOHN BROWNING  
my gun I do hereby attorly  Disavow & revoke all & everyother former testament 
will Leagacies and be (unreadable) up Excuitors by me in anyway & before named 
Will & bequeath ---(unreadable)ing and confirming this and no other to be  my 
last will & testament & __my(?) 
I crave my well beloved wife & Mr. WILLIAM POLLOCK &my son JOHN BROWNING Soule 
Excurtors In witness hereof I have sett my hand and Sale (Seal)  ye day & year
