Maarbjerg North Carolina In the name of God amen, I Richard Woolard being very sick and weak but in perfect sense and memory, praised be to an Almighty God, for it is my.. to make this my last will and testament in perfect and sure hope of a joyful Resurection at the last day. Item: I give my soul to almighty God that gave it me, and my body to the earth and to be decently buried as my executors wish. Item: I do give and bequeath unto well beloved Wife Jane Woolard two Cows and to my Daughter Hannah Borg one Cow and Calf and the cow and the ...to run for the Good my Daughters children. Item: I give unto my well beloved son John Woolard two Cows and one horse, the horse to be between my son and Jane his mother. Item: I give to my daughter Elisabeth one cow and calf and a two year old heifer and sow. Item: I give unto well beloved son Richard one yon (?) and one hundred acres of Land joining on the boundary line to him and his heirs forever and to my Daughter An (sic) I give two yearling heifers and I give unto my youngest daughter (Mary?) one yon (?) and for all the rest of my household goods I give unto my beloved wife devoting her life on the plantation not to be carried off (?) from it. Item: I give unto my well beloved son John Woolard two hundred acres of Land belonging to and with my plantation to him and his heirs forever and for the rest of my moveable estate.
