The Landmark,  Statesville, NC 
Mrs. Willis Payne, died Wednesday,at her home
in Shiloh township, aged about 75 years. Some children
survive. The internment was at Liberty Church, Alexander
County, yesterday.













 

Additional Comments:
Mrs. Payne was the second wife of Henry Willis Payne, the former Mary E. 
Combs. She was the sister of Henry Willis Payne's first wife, Lucinda Combs.
