Charlotte.

Note the surname spelling in this census is with a double s [ss] i.e.  Fayssoux.

Per the 1900 census record for the Rev. L. M. Brower
Hickory, Catawba Co NC
Head of household is Lewis M. Brower, clergyman
Wife is Florence L.
Lewis’ mother is enumerated in this household and is named Lucy.
