Carolina being of Sound mind and memory but considering the uncertainty of my Earthly life do make and declare this my last will and Testiment in maner and form fowlering that is to Say first that my Executor hereafter named Shall provide for my body a decent Burial Sutable to the wishes of my friends and pay all funerial exspences together with all of my just debts however as to whomsoever owing out of the monys that first came into his hand as a part or aprasil of my Estate 1 Itam I give I bequeth to my daughter Roxaner Austen Sixty acres off the lower end of my land on which I now live to run to east to west line strait throu so as to leave the named amount below 2 I give and bequeth to my son Edmon Carley the balance of this land on which I now live 3 I give and bequeth to my daughter Mary Swim one dollar that with advancement her made being her full shear 4 I give and bequeth to my daughter Elizabeth Jones one dollar that with advancement heretofore made being her full share 5 I give and bequeth to my daughter Irena Russell one dollar that with advancement heretofore made being her full share 6 I give and bequeth to my son Elijah Carley one dollar that with advancement heretofore made being his full share 7 I give and bequeth to my dauther Susan Daniel one dollar that with Advancement heretofore made being her full share 8 I give and bequeth to my daughter Nancy Daniel one dollar that with Advancment heretofore made being her full Share 9 I give bequeth to grate grand son Columbus Daniel forty Dollars that being his share 10 I will and bequeth what ever may remain after my buriel expinces and just debts be payed to be divided equal betwen Elijah Curley J.W.
