Anson County, NC - Wadesborough Academy Amended Act

An Act relative to the Wadesborough Academy, in Anson county

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of North Carolina,
and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That Absalom
Myers, Thomas Y. Houze, Asa Hubbard, Reuben Pickett, William Hammond,
Hampton B. Hammond, Thomas Waddill, jun'r, Samuel Spencer, Hiram
Jennings and Joseph Medley, be, and they are hereby added to the Board
of Trustees to the Wadesborough Academy, to be possessed of all the
powers, authorities and privileges, as such, in the same manner and
as fully and completely as any of the trustees of said academy
heretofore appointed.
