Warrant Issued

Alexander JORDAN of the county of Montgomery & State of North Carolina,
I owing and Enters Fifty acres of land in Anson County State aforesaid
= It being a part of the bid of the Pee Dee River, on the Anson side of
said river adjoining the lands of Eli M. DIGGS.  P.A. SELLERS and 
others. Beginning at Hiram J. PRATT’s corner turns down the River to 
where a Ditch that runs through Eli M. DIGGS land, enters into said 
River & from thence to the thread of the River, thence with the thread 
of the River to a point opposite the beginning and then to the 
Beginning no to include the Islands in the river which are in 
cultivation by E.M. DIGGS or claimed by him.
