SETH S. ARNOLD
     vs.
CALVIN M. FAULKER

Justice's Levy on Land

   In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the 
defendant, CALVIN M. FAULKER, does not reside in this State, it is therefore 
ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the 
North Carolina Argus, published in the town of Wadesboro,notifying the said 
defendant, non resident CALVIN M. FAULKER that on the 27th of November, 5 
0'clock p.m, for want of other property, I have levied this execution on 200 
acres of land, the property of CALVIN M. FAULKER, on the waters of Jones 
Creek, joining J. R. MOORE and others, being the lands bought of STEPHEN 
HUNTLEY, subject to G. W. LITTLE'S and P.J. COPPEDGE'S trust. Witness PATRICK 
COPPEDGE, Clerk of said Court at Office in Wadesboro, on the second Monday in 
January, A.D. 1859.
