McCORKLE and COLE
     vs.
MAY BUCHANON

Original Attachment

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the 
defendant, MAY BUCHANON, resides beyond the limits of this State: It is 
therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive 
weeks in the North Carolina Argus notifying said defendant, MAY BUCHANON, to 
be and appear at our next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the 
County of Anson at the Court House at Wadesborough on the second Monday of 
January next. Then and there to plead, answer or demur to the petition filed: 
Otherwise, judgment will be heard pro confesso and made ex parte as to them.
Witness: NORFLEET D. BOGGAN, Clerk of the said Court at office in 
Wadesborough, on the second Monday in October, A.D. 1850.
