    vs.
ALLEN C. INGRAM

Attachment Levied on Land

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the 
defendant, ALLEN C. INGRAM, resides beyond the limits of this State, it is 
therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made in the North Carolina 
Argus for six successive weeks notifying said defendant, non-resident, to be 
and appear at our next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the 
County of Anson at the Court House in Wadesboro, on the second Monday in April 
next, then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed: 
Otherwise, judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte as to him. 
Witness P. J. COPPEDGE, Clerk of the said Court at Office on the second Monday 
in January A.D. 1859 .
