STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA    COURT OF EQUITY                 ANSON COUNTY
March Term, 1830

PHILIP CARAKER
    vs.
ZACHARIAH WELCH

Bill of Injunction

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the 
defendent, ZACHARIAH WELSH, is not a resident of this State. It is therefore 
ordered by the Court that publication be made for six weeks in the North 
Carolina Journal notifying said non-resident to be and appear at our next 
Court of Equity to be held for Anson County at the Court House in Wadesboro on 
the third Monday in September next. Then and there to plead, answer or demur 
to this petition filed. Otherwise judgment will be taken pro confesso and the 
matter heard ex parte as to him.
