FRANCIS A. CLARK, Adm'r of JAMES CLARK
                 vs.
ROBERT CLARK et al

Petition for Account and Settlement

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that ROBERT CLARK, 
is not a resident of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication for six successive weeks be made in the North Carolina Argus, 
notifying said non-resident to be and appear at our next Court, to be held for 
the County of Anson at the Court House in Wadesboro on the 2nd Monday in April 
next, then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed. 
Otherwise judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte as to him. 
Witness, PATRICK J. COPPEDGE, Clerk of said Court at Office on the 2nd Monday 
in January, A.D. 1861.
