HAMPTON R. WEST, Executor of CHARLES WEST, Deceased

Original Bill

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that NEWELL BOGGAN 
and ALSEY, his wife, are not residents of this State. It is therefore ordered 
by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North 
Carolina Argus, notifying the said non residents, defendants, to be and appear 
at our next Superior Court of Equity to be held for the County of Anson at the 
Court House in Wadesboro on the second Monday in September next. Then and 
there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed. Otherwise judgment 
will be taken pro confesso and the matter heard ex parte as to them. Witness,
W. E. TROY, Clerk of the said Court at office on the second Monday of March A. 
D. 1860.
