HARGRAVE, Executor of JAMES M. WADDILL, deceased, ADOLPHUS WADDILL, BENJAMIN 
F. HEADON and wife, CHARLOTTE; JOHN B. WADDILL, THOMAS WADDILL, WILLIAM 
WADDILL, JR., CALVIN SPENCER and wife, EMILY; MARGARET, who intermarried with 
MATHEW RAMSEY; MARTIN WADDILL, VIRGINIA WADDILL, EDMUND WADDILL, ELLEN 
WADDILL, GEORGE WADDILL, and JOHN WADDILL, JR.

Original Bill

In this case it appearing to the satisfactiion of the Court that JAMES H. 
MARTIN, EDMUND D. MARTIN, WILLIAM WADDILL, MARTIN WADDILL, EDMUND WADDILL, 
GEORGE WADDILL, and CALVIN SPENCER and wife, EMILY, do not reside in this 
State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six 
successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus notifying said non-residents, 
defendants, to be and appear at our next Court to be held for the County of 
Anson at the Court House at Wadesboro on the second Monday in September next.
Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed. Otherwise 
judgment will be taken pro confesso and the matter heard ex parte as to them.
Witness, W. E. TROY, Clerk of the said Court at office on the second Monday in 
March A. D. 1860.
