         vs.
HARTWELL S. SIBLEY

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that HARTWELL S. 
SIBLEY has removed from this State: It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made in the North Carolina Argus for six successive weeks 
notifying HARTWELL S. SIBLEY to be and appear at our next Court of Pleas & 
Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Anson at the Court House in 
Wadesboro on the second Monday of October next. Then and there to plead, 
answer or demur to this petition filed. Otherwise judgement will he taken pro 
confesso and heard ex parte as to him. Witness, PATRICK J. COPPEDGE, Clerk of 
the said Court at office on the second Monday in July A.D., 1859.
