Term 1861 JOHN COWICK, Adm'r. of WILLIAM HAMMOND vs. HAMPTON B. HAMMOND et al Petition for Account and Settlement In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that LAWRENCE MOORE, ANDREW SUMNIERS and ELIZABETH, his wife, defendants, do not live in this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus, notifying said non-residents to be and appear at our next Court to be held for the County of Anson at the Court House in Wadesboro on the 2nd Monday in April next. Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed. Otherwise, judgment will be taken pro confesso and the matter heard ex parte as to them. Witness PATRICK J.
