MASSEY CRAWFORD
    vs.
ARCHELUS A. BENNETT and wife, MARY; ELIJAH CASON and wife, ELIZABETH; STEPHEN 
CRAWFORD, WILLIAM MOORE and wife, SARAH; MICHAEL CRAWFORD; DAVID CRAWFORD; 
NATHANEL G. RATLIFF and wife, ROSSANAH

Petition for Dower

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that DAVID 
CRAWFORD is not a resident of this State, it is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus, 
published at Wadesboro, notifying said non= resident to be and appear at our 
next Court to be held for the County of Anson at the Court HOuse in Wadesboro 
on the second Monday in July next: Then and there to plead, answer or demur to 
this petition filed, otherwise, judgment will be taken pro confesso and the 
matter heard ex parte as to him. Witness PATRICK J. COPPEDGE, Clerk of said 
Court at Office on the second Monday in April A. D., 1860.
