  The Subscriber will expose to public sale the following tracts of land, 
pursuant to Decrees of the Court of Equity, made at September Term 1859, to 
wit:
  On the lst of November next -- One tract containing 300 acres, belonging to 
the heirs-at-law of the late JOHN F. CRUMP. A credit of one and two years, 
with interest from date.
  On the 15th of November next -- One tract containing 308 acres belonging to  
the heirs-at-law of the late Z. L RAIFORD. A credit of one and two years, with 
interest from date.
  On the 22nd of November next -- One tract containing 80 acres belonging to 
the heirs-at-law of the late RICHARD CARPENTER. A credit of 12 months. Bonds 
with approved security will be required of the purchasers.
