    VS.
TILLMAN VESTAL

Attachment Levied

In this case it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that TILLMAN VESTAL 
does not reside in this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus 
notifying said defendant, non-resident, to be and appear at our next Court of 
Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Anson in the Court House 
at Wadesboro on the second Monday of January next (1860). Then and there to 
plead, answer or demur to this petition filed. Otherwise judgment will be 
taken pro confesso and heard ex parte. Witness, PATRICK J. COPPEDGE, Clerk of 
the said Court at office in Wadesboro, on the second Monday in October A.D., 
1859.
