STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA   COURT OF EQUITY                    ANSON COUNTY
Spring Term, 1829

JAMES FLOURNOY
     vs.
JOHN F. AULD

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that JOHN F. AULD is not a 
resident of this State, it is therefore ordered by the Court that publication 
be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Journal notifying said 
non-resident to be and appear at our next Court of Equity to be held for the 
County of Anson at the Court House in Wadesboro'. Then and there to plead, 
answer or demur to this petition filed. Otherwise judgment will be taken pro 
confesso and the matter heard ex parte as to him. Witness WM. W. HALL, Clerk 
of said Court.
