W. W. WILKINS, et al

Bill to Foreclose Mortgage and Sell Real Estate

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that DEWIT A. 
LILLY and COLIN LILLY are not citizens of this State, it is therefore ordered 
by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North 
Carolina Argus, published at Wadesboro, N. C., notifying said non-resident 
defendants to be and appear at our next Superior Court of Equity to be held 
for Anson County at the Court House in Wadesboro on the second Monday in March 
next. Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed. 
Otherwise judgment will be taken pro confesso and the matter heard ex parte as 
to them. Witness W. E. TROY, Clerk of said Court at Office on the second 
Monday in September A. D. 1858.
