Attachmen Levied on Lands

   In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the 
defendant, CALVIN M. FAULKNER, is not a resident of this State, it is 
therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive 
weeks in the North Carolina Argus, published in the town of Wadesborough, 
notifying said defendant, non-resident, to be and appear at our next Court of 
Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Anson in the Court House 
at Wadesboro, on the 2nd Monday in April next. Then and there to plead, answer 
or demur to this petition filed. Otherwise judgment will be taken pro confesso 
and heard ex parte as to him. Witness P. J. COPPEDGE, Clerk of said Court at 
office in Wadesboro on the 2nd Monday in January A.D. 1859.
