      vs.
POLLY STUCKEY

Attachment Levied on Land

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that POLLY STUCKEY 
does not reside in this State, it is therefore ordered by the court that 
publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus 
notifying said non-resident to be and appear at our next Court to be held for 
the County of Anson at the Court House in Wadesboro on the 2nd Monday in 
October next. Then and there to show cause, if any there be, why the land 
levied upon should not be sold to pay the costs of the Plaintiff. Witness
PATRICK J. COPPEDGE, Clerk of the said Court at Office on the 2nd Monday in 
July. A. D. 1860.
