LONG SHEPHERD STREATER Original Attachment, Garnishee Summoned In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, COMMODORE P. LONG, SHEPHERD STREATER, live beyond the limits of this State: It is therefore ordered by the court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina "Argus" notifying said defendant to be and appear at our next Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Anson at Wadesborough on the second Monday in January next. Then and there to plead answer or demur to this petition filed: Otherwise judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte as to them. Witness N. D.
