           vs.
OLIVER T. COLLINS; JESSE D. COLLINS, WILLIAM LOWRY and wife, RHODY, 
presumptive heirs and next of kin of JONATHAN COLLINS, a lunatic

Petition for Sale of Real Estate

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that JESSE D. 
COLLINS is not a resident of this state, it is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus 
notifying the said non-resident, JESSE D. COLLINS, to be and appear at our 
next Superior Court of Equity to be held for Anson County at the Court House 
in Wadesboro on the second Monday in March, (1860), then and there to plead, 
answer or demur to this petition filed. Otherwise judgment will be taken pro 
confesso and heard ex parte. Witness WILLIAM E. TROY, Clerk of said Court at 
office in Wadesboro on the second Monday in September A.D. 1859.
