HEIRS OF EBENEZER MARSH - DIVISION
 
NORTH CAROLINA   ANSON COUNTY
 
  WE THE Undersigned committee appointed by the worshipful court of the county 
aforesaid at April Term 1812 to divide the real estate of EBENEZER MARSH 
deceased between the Heirs of said Dec'd have divided the same in the manner 
represented in the plat hereunto annexed that is to say we have divided the 
Tract whereon the said EBENEZER MARSH dec'd formerly lived containing five 
hundred and sixty three acres giving to SAMUEL PERKINS and wife four hundred 
and twenty three acres valued at three hundred Dollars and to WILLIAM MARSH 
the balance of sd. 563 acres say one hundred and forty acres and a tract 
nearly adjoining the same containing one hundred acres making in his sd. share 
two hundred and forth (sic) acres valued at three hundred dollars And ISAAC 
MARSH the upper part of a two hundred and fifty acre tract on big Brown Creek 
his lot or share containing one hundred and twenty five acres valued at two 
hundred and fifty Dollars and to ELIZABETH MARSH, daughter of JOHN MARSH, 
dec'd, and granddaughter of EBENEZER MARSH, Dec'd, the lower part of said 
tract on Brown Creek containing one hundred and twenty five acres valued at 
two hundred and fifty Dollars all which is submitted to etc. given under our 
hands and Seals this 9th day of October 1812.
