MILES W. MASK, Adm'r of NELSON HARRINGTON, deceased
                 vs.
JOHN B. HARRINGTON

Petition for Sale of Land

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that JOHN B. 
HARRINGTON, HADLEY P. HARRINGTON, HARRIET E. HARRINGTON, ROXY ANN HARRINGTON, 
PHILLIP HARRINGTON, JANE HARRINGTON, BENJAMIN HARRINGTON and JAMES H. 
HARRINGTON, are not residents of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina 
Argus notifying said non-resident defendants to be and appear at our next 
Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Anson at the 
Court House in Wadesboro on the second Monday in April next, then and there to 
plead, answer or demur to this petition filed. Otherwise judgment will be 
taken pro confesso and hear ex parte as to them. Witness PATRICK J. COPPEDGE, 
Clerk of the said Court at office in Wadesboro on the second Monday in 
January, A. D., 1860.
