Anson County, NC – John A. Nuffer - Act to Restore Credit, 1828

An Act to restore to credit John A. Nuffer, of the county of Anson

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of North Carolina, 
and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That John A.
Nuffer, of Anson county, be, and he is hereby restored to credit, and
all the privileges and immunities of a free citizen, in as full and
ample manner as if he had never been convicted of the crime of deceit.
