SHERWOOD LILES and wife, ANNIE vs same
DANIEL SHORT and wife, NANCY vs. same
ROLAND R. SELLERS and wife, SARAH vs. same

Original Bill

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that ALEXANDER S. 
McALPIN does not live in this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus, 
published in Wadesboro, notifying said non-resident, defendant to be and 
appear at our next Court of Equity to be held for the County of Anson at the 
Court House in Wadesboro on the second Monday in September next. Then and 
there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed. Otherwise, judgment 
will be made pro confesso and heard ex parte as to him. W. E. TROY, Clerk of 
the said Court at office on the second Monday of March A.D., 1860.
